How do I pay for the items you buy?
You can pre‑pay for items, or I'll purchase them and send you the receipt along with my service fee. Payment by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or card is accepted.
How far in advance should I book?
24 hours' notice is ideal. Same‑day requests are often possible for a small rush fee, depending on availability.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave dry cleaning or returns on the porch and have deliveries left at the door or with a front desk. I'll text a photo when it's done.
What if an item is out of stock?
I'll text you a photo of options and wait for your OK before substituting anything.
Is there anything you can't do?
I don't purchase alcohol, tobacco or prescription‑controlled items for others, and I don't transport people or pets.
